01 / PREPARATION

Good preparation starts
with the right questions.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. Start with what you know. We will help identify what needs checking for your goods and route.

  1. 01

    The goods

A clear description, material, intended use, model and product photographs or specifications.

  2. 02

    The transaction

Buyer and seller details, commercial invoice, currency and agreed shipping terms.

  3. 03

    The movement

Origin, destination, ready date, packages, dimensions, weight and delivery deadline.

  4. 04

    The supporting evidence

Packing list and transport details, plus any available origin evidence, licences or product approvals.

The details that
deserve an early check.

Is a product name enough?

A short description such as “parts” or “accessories” often leaves important questions unanswered. Send the material, function, model and technical details so the team can assess the goods.

Do my goods need a permit?

Some goods are restricted and require permission from the relevant agency. Tell us exactly what is moving before booking so the applicable requirements can be checked.

Does shipping from China mean preferential duty?

The shipping country alone does not establish eligibility. Origin rules and the evidence for the goods need to support the treatment requested.

Is an arrival update the same as clearance?

Arrival, Customs release and delivery are different milestones. Follow the recorded stage and any outstanding requests for your shipment.
