1. Who is responsible?
Seabra Trans International Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information handled for this public website and related enquiries. 2. What this notice covers
This notice covers browsing this public website and contacting Seabra using its email and telephone links. It does not describe all processing for freight, warehousing, relocation, employment or customer accounts. The customer portal makes separate information available after login; contact us before providing data if you need a copy of the relevant notice.
3. Information and purposes
If you email or call us, we receive the contact and business details you provide, your message and any attachments, including shipment or storage requirements. We use these to respond, prepare a requested quotation and manage follow-up. Where you are entering a contract personally, this supports steps at your request before a contract. For company representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
When you browse, hosting and font-delivery providers receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested resource and time of access. This supports website delivery, reliability and protection against misuse, on the basis of legitimate interests. Information may also be used to meet a legal obligation or address a legal claim where applicable.
You can browse without sending an enquiry. If you do not provide contact details or information needed to assess your request, we may be unable to reply or quote accurately. Please send only relevant information; do not include identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. If you provide another person’s details, ensure you are entitled to do so and make this notice available to them.
4. Who receives information?
Enquiries are handled by Seabra personnel responsible for the request and Microsoft 365, which hosts our email, and providers supporting IT operations. Website requests are handled by Vercel, our hosting provider. Google receives requests for the fonts used on these pages. Necessary information may be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where there is an applicable lawful basis. We do not use this public website for advertising tracking or newsletter subscriptions.
5. Processing outside Thailand
Vercel and Google operate international infrastructure. Technical website data may therefore be processed outside Thailand, including in the United States. Their published privacy information is available from Vercel and Google. These provider notices do not replace Seabra’s obligations under Thai law.
Company confirmation required before publication: applicable provider agreements, processing locations and the basis or safeguards for relevant overseas transfers, including email.
6. Retention
Company confirmation required before publication: how long unconverted enquiries and related email are kept, and the applicable hosting/security-log retention. The final notice must reflect Seabra’s actual retention schedule.
Enquiries that lead to a booking may become part of the customer service record and require a separate service-specific retention period. Information subject to a legal requirement or dispute may need to be held longer. A request for deletion is considered against any applicable retention obligation.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in Thai law, you may request access and copies, information about the source of data, correction, deletion or anonymisation, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Browsing this site is not treated as consent to unrelated processing.
Send requests to contact@seabra.co.th. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority. We will respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful refusal. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee through the Office of the PDPC.
